Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders before 12pm on the same day. I.e. Orders at 11:59AM Monday will be definitely be dispatched on Monday, orders after the cut off time will be dispatched the next working day. 

Please note;

• All orders placed on Friday after 12pm, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. 

• If the item you have ordered is no longer in stock we will contact you asap to inform you of the likely dispatch date. You can then choose to go ahead with the order or get a refund. 
• Personalised Items - Are dispatched twice weekly. On Thursday and Monday. See estimated delivery time on product page. 

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery - You can select to send the order via RM 2nd class postage, RM 1st class postage. You will receive a notification once the order has been dispatched. This delivery service usually takes 1-3 working days to arrive. 

Next Day Delivery - The order will be sent via a RM special delivery. You will receive a notification with the tracking number once the order has been dispatched. This delivery service will arrive the next working day after dispatch. Please keep in mind the dispatch times.  

 

International Delivery

Orders are shipped from the UK. 

Prices are exclusive of UK VAT.

VAT tax and import duty will be due on the order at the rates in your local country, you will be responsible for paying this fee.   

Please ensure you are happy with the amount payable before ordering

 

International Delivery - This service includes tracking and will need a signature upon arrival. Prices start from £6 and vary depending on your location. It can take up to 15 working days to reach your destination.
