Dispatch times
Orders placed before 10am will be dispatched on the same day or next day e.g. An order placed on Monday at 9.50am will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday at the latest.
Orders placed after 10am will be dispatched on the following delivery day. e.g. Order placed on Monday at 3pm will be shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Next Day Delivery: For orders with a next day delivery you must order before 10am to ensure a next day delivery. Orders placed after 10am will be processed on the next shipping day.
UK/USA/EU Delivery
All orders are sent with Amazon Logistics with Tracking.
You will receive a notification with your tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
The delivery timeframe selected at checkout represents the minimum and longest time expected for the delivery of the order.
Next Day Delivery - Orders must be made before 10am to ensure a next day delivery.
ROW International Delivery
ROW International Delivery - This service includes tracking and will need a signature upon arrival. Prices vary depending on weight and destination. For an accurate calculation view the shipping options at checkout.
Taxes & duties are calculated and paid at checkout. If you subsequently receive a request to pay taxes or duties upon delivery, this will be our responsibility.
