We aim to resolve all customer issues swiftly. 

In order to help us do so please contact us at help@zayfa.co.uk with the following information; 

- Order number

- The faulty items name

- A description of the fault 

- Whether you would like an exchange or full refund

We will then advice on the best way to resolve the issue.

If you want to exchange the item, please follow the same process as making a return except on your inital email let us know what item you want to receive.
