We aim to process all orders as fast as possible. Sometimes within a few minutes of receiving your order. 

Please contact us at help@zayfa.co.uk if you need to make an amendment to your order with the subject "Urgent: My order needs amending."

Please specify how you would like the order to be amended and we will advise on how to proceed. 

All orders are dispatched within 1 working days of receiving the order e.g. An order placed on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday. 

Orders made before 12pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched on the same day. 

Please note an order made on Friday after 12pm until Monday 12pm will be dispatched on Monday.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. 

We offer free standard delivery on all UK orders over £20.

For international orders there is no free delivery method. 

Please note the delivery fee starts from £2 for UK orders and £5 for international orders. The actual fee will be calcualted at checkout.

Yes we offer a next day delivery service. 

For orders to be sent on the same day you must order before 12pm Mon-Fri. Orders on the weekend will be sent on Monday. 

Please note you will receive an email with the tracking number once the order has been dispatched. 

Yes, we offer shipping to more than 240 countries worldwide. 

All orders are sent from the UK so prices will vary depending on your location, speed of the delivery service requested and size of your order. 

The final fee for delivery will be calculated at checkout.

Yes, all UK and international orders are trackable. 

You will receive an email notification when your order is dispatched with the tracking number and shipping company. 

You can also login to your account, review your order to track the updates regarding your order. 

We accept all of the following payment methods;

- Maestro

- American Express

- Shopify Pay


All transactions are subject to validation, authorisation and security checks by both the card issuer and us. Your payment details are encrypted using the industry standard requirements.

If you want to Return an item, please do the following;

1- Click on "account" and login.

PC Users - This can be found on the top right hand corner. 

Mobile users on the top left corner click ≡, then press login/create account

2- Once you have logged in, you will be able to see a summary of all your orders. Click on the order you wish to initate a return/exchange for.

3- On the top right hand corner click the "Request return" button

4- Enter the reason.  If you would like an exchange please add in the notes which items you would like to exchange. 

5- Click "Request return"

We will then process your return request and provide you with a label or QR code to use. Instructions on where to return the item will be included in the email. 

We offer a no fuss 30 days returns policy.

We do endeavour to have 100% of our customers happy so please contact us if you have any issues at help@zayfa.co.uk

Your refund will be processed by us when the return parcel has been received. It may take up to 3 working days (Mon-Fri) from delivery of the parcel for us to process the return. 

We will notify you via email when we have approved the refund.

It will then take another 3-7 working days for the refund to arrive with you depending on your bank account.

You can create an account at any time by clicking on the account icon next to the search bar. 

Complete the four boxes below the "Create Account" heading. 

Once you have complete the information click the "Create" button. 

If you have forgotten your password, click on the account icon. 

Below the "Login" section underneath the box for the password you will see "forgot your password?", click on this. 

You will then be asked to provide your email address, where an reset password email will be sent. 

Once you receive the reset password email, follow the link to reset your password.

We will then advice on the best way to proceed. 

The wash care instructions can be found on the product page of the item or label attached to the garment. 

We aim to restock any sold out products as soon as possible. 

For the Swim Skins we anticipate to restock them around the End of June 25. 

In order to stay informed about when an item is back in store we would recommend you sign up to our email list. 

Please note we will also provide updates on our social media regarding the time frame for restocking of products.
