We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receiving the order. e.g. An order placed on Monday will be shipped on Wednesday.
We will prioritise orders with a next day delivery to be dispatched on the same day or next working day.
However please note it may take up to 2 working days before your order is dispatched.
- Orders placed on Friday will be dispatched by Monday.
- Saturday and Sunday orders will be dispatched by Tuesday.
- If the item you have ordered is no longer in stock we will contact you asap to inform you of the likely dispatch date. You can then choose to go ahead with the order or get a refund.
Standard Delivery - The order will be sent via 1st class postage (No tracking). You will receive a notification once the order has been dispatched. This delivery service usually takes 2-3 working days to arrive.
Tracked Standard Delivery - The order will be sent via hermes. You will receive a notification of the tracking number once the order has been dispatched. This delivery service usually takes 2-3 working days to arrive.
Next Day Delivery - The order will be sent via a next day delivery service. You will receive a notification with the tracking number once the order has been dispatched. This delivery service will arrive the next working day.
Brexit update - EU Customers please note orders are shipped from the UK. As a result of the recent rule changes VAT tax and import duty will be due on the order at the rates in your local country, you will be responsible for paying this fee.
Standard International Delivery - This service includes tracking and will need a signature upon arrival. Prices start from £4.99 and vary depending on your location. It can take up to 10 working days to reach your destination.
Priority International Delivery - This service includes tracking and will need a signature upon arrival. Prices start from £21.99 and vary depending on your location. It can take up to 5 working days to reach your destination.

Non Personalised Items
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a FREE 28 days returns service on non-personalised items.
- In order to be eligible for a refund the item(s) need to be unused and in the original packaging.
- For both international and UK customers (who have chosen a tracked delivery service) any refund due will exclude the initial shipping fee.
Personalised items are not refundable.
In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will ensure the issue is resolved.
Please note customers are responsible for ensuring the spelling provided is correct. Incorrect spelling of names are not classed as a faulty item unless we have printed a different name/style to the one requested on the original order.
International Customers (Non-UK)
For international customers we do not currently offer a free returns service. You will need to return the item(s) at your own cost.
However if you pay with PayPal and have signed up to PayPal's "Return Shipping On Us" scheme, you will be eligible to receive a reimbursement up to £15 on the return shipping cost.

How do I return an item?
To return/exchange an item(s) you will need to do the following;
1- Email us at email@example.com of your intention to return/exchange your order. Please let us know the reason for the refund/exchange as your feedback helps us to improve our products and service.
2- After receiving your email we will then send you the pre-paid returns label. Please attach the label to the parcel and drop the parcel off at your local drop off point.
3- Upon arrival to us our returns team will review the item(s) to ensure the goods meet the conditions stated below.
4- If a refund is due we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for the purchase.
At ZAYFA we take security very seriously so all credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation, authorisation and security checks by both the card issuer and us. Your payment details are encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and follows the industry standard PCI-DSS requirements.
Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
